Indonesia’s B40 Biodiesel Plan Requires Extra 3 Mln Tons Of
NUSA DUA, Indonesia, Nov 8 (Reuters) – Indonesia’s plan to raise the necessary palm oil content of biodiesel to 40% next year from 35% will require extra feedstock supply of around 3 million metric heaps, a senior Indonesia Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) authorities said on Friday.
Indonesia’s crude palm oil output is seen at 48 million metric tons in 2024, down 4% from last year, however is expected to rise to 50 million in 2025, GAPKI board of advisers member told the Indonesia Palm Oil Conference in Bali.
